the monica combs memorial scholarship fund has called upon thirtynine design to create and develop their new website.

"monica was an inspiration to all of us, and we are excited to share her story and this scholarship. we know that thirtynine design will be able to capture the spirit, energy, and compassion of her life", remarked Board Member Billy Hoskins.
